Das Bild mit den 18 Kills passt nicht zu MW3 ;D sieht auch nach Combat Arms, aber naja. Ob es ein fake ist oder nicht kann ich nicht sagen, würde jedoch vorsichtig damit sein. Und es bei Virustotal auch noch hoch-laden, besser isses.
