The train spot has been known for over a week and it will make you want to jump out of a window before you get it right. Don't waste your time and energy on it, that's not the best spot nor even the method right now.

Obviously not or they would have done that in the past. Statistical analysis isn't their strong suit.

As long as the new method isn't leaked in public for tens of thousands to use, they don't care if 100 people have abused it. Its not worth their time to investigate unless its spreading rapidly and breaking the game for everyone.

I'm sure I'm wrong because I was also running two public binaries (MAGnifier and kill confirm) but my account was banned today.
Besides the mentioned programs I had not used any "cheats" or "exploits" as the battlestate TOS defines besides glitching my strength.
I admit I did cheat my ass off before they implemented battleye.

edit : i may purchase a new account and report back to confirm if ban is HWID
