Non turkish players can donate but you pay 50€ for 1700 silk while turks get 3250 silks for 25€=100 TL.
I pmed admin about this, here is his answer:

yo im out cause of this right here thanks for the info man im not going to donate more cause my money is worth more and there money is shit fuck this i waited for days for this server but was a waste of time to
