Is this one currently working? Will it work after the S4 patch?

Just tested on Windows 8.1
Not working.

It adds the rules but I don't get dced from pvp.net and I log in without any problem after relog.

EUW server.

the IP for euw chat service is 66.150.148.129, which is why it's currently not working on euw because you have another IP blocked...

also it would be nice if there is a way to not block champselect chat as well...
