Every.fucking.time. How can you expect to be taken seriously and do this OVER and OVER ....... AND OVER again? What kind of fucking team doesn't prepare specifically to open on time when you have done this a hundred times. Worst part is that you failed and instead of saying we will open it tomorrow morning you are making EVERYONE wait like dogs for you to start the server? Incredibly fucking disrespectful.

But you mentioned 'Professionalism' really many times. That's not professional way to prepare for the opening and expect bad scenarios, Respect is what makes a professional worth the word, Good luck being more serious in the future

The more i think about the server and read the thread the more i hate it, wish its better inside lol

REALITY REBORN STATUS!
First of all we would like to apologize about today. I want to explain exactly how was the situation! We've performed a lot of tests already on the server performance, security, and network. But such problems were really very hard to detect unless you reach very high traffic on the server.
First time it happened it looked like it was Hyperfilter related so we instantly contacted them it took them 35 minutes to answer us and that was 18:35. In meantime, we kept investigating everything that might cause the problem, and we managed to find the issue which is filter related, when the gateway server reaches specific amount of connections it just decides to close the connections in queue, and that's why your update took forever to complete. What did we do about that? I immediately uploaded an up-to-date client for you guys so you can skip the update (Time: 18:40) But then we found out that would not fix the problem still. So we kept digging and digging until we found one the piece of code that caused the problem and fixed it right away! Afterwards, we decided to perform several tests so we make sure that you guys will have that smooth grand opening, and we found out it might not be as stable as we want it to be so we kept working on it to apply a proper fix and here we are. Yes the issues are fixed now, but we know it is too late already so we decided to delay the grand opening of Reality Reborn to be Saturday(Tomorrow) 18:00 UTC. Again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience happened, and we also decided to boost the EXP & Lv. 52 start level rate as a compensation for today. We can't wait to see you tomorrow!
