I got banned during the first Match and i never used cheats before on Valorant or got banned. I even tried on my Second System/Notebook and gues what? I got a bann during the played Match.

July 30th I bought the cheat to him and confirmed that it is undetected on status before purchasing but after purchasing this person tells me that the cheat is being updated and then tells me that I have to wait
I haven't received any product or key and I have considered him and told him that I will wait for an update for a week and if there is no update news or change to this Valorant cheat, I will give him a refund and he agreed to that. Now a week later I still say wait for an update and he doesn't send a message to dm until I make a ticket and send him a nickname ping. The dm reply speed is so different from before purchase
And I finally kept asking for a refund, but he replied to the ticket and randomly ended the ticket, telling me to stop spamming, and in the dm message I tried to lie that the cheat status message was being updated and finally I tried to lie that I had already given you the key
I'm also doubtful if it's truly being updated, but I've been patiently waiting for an update for a week, but I've been denied a refund request and told to just wait, so I've been scammed

Cheat is under update, status was updating when you paid and you said you'd wait for update. So now you are waiting for update. We have 0 negative complaints so far and this one shouldn't be either but you are just impatient. Your post won't change anything, you will wait for update.

I am sorry you feel that way but you clearly can't read. There has been exactly 0 complaints about us and I hope it remains so as we are trying to run all of this smooth.

What happened is: You bought while cheat was down which was marked on website the same. Once you realized its down you said you will wait for update. Now you started blackmailing me to post scam accusation if I don't refund you immediately.

I refused to refund you just because you are trying to blackmail and here we are, you still waiting for update like every normal user and me explaining myself.

Even our TOS says that we refund only if there is an issue with cheat that we are unable to solve ourselves. Cheat down time is not reason for refund.

I blocked you because you keep spamming my DM. You are still in Discord Server and are able to chat in general chat or open support ticket. I just blocked you from spamming my messages.
