Hello,
I'd love to see this information aswell !
I've heard that it involves replacing the asmodian char creation files ( the ones including the color palette ) with the elyos ones, so that you can select from their color palette. But I'm not sure whether this is a myth or true, nor how it's done. IF you do it by a pak. extractor and photoshop it's called Modding and other players can't see the change you made, so even IF you manage to Mod your skin color to elyos looking, only you will see it.
But I also know it's possible to do it without modding. Heck, even some of the NPC Patrols ( the female ones in Morheim Ice Fortress for example ), have yellowish/elyos skin color.
The other way you 'could' achieve it, is by going the the left most side of the color palette , where the green color is dominant, if you carefully move it around and play with it, you can achieve a somewhat light yellow color with a hint of mint, which can look a bit like an Elyos. I did it once, just for the experiment but didn't create the character, because I didn't need him.
Another thing to know is that the female asmodians have a bit richer color palette and is a bit more easy to achieve a human-looking color.
