You can solo this all day and control prices on aces and books, not to mention some decent gear for your runs. It does require having the engineering world enlager. This will shrink your size and aggro range allowing you to stealth pass the dogs. While stealthing through you can open dusty tomes. The key to soloing the king is a bit tricky. It requires you to solo pull him from his guard. The only way you can pull him alone is in one direction only....
