Ive been playing in P4STORY and i have to say its a good private server.
In the recent days, if you want to play 4s, its better to go P4STORY, 4VISION, or 4ANCIENT
The thing bout 4ANCIENT is that, okay it may has more players (slightly better) than P4STORY, but P4STORY allows you to:
1) Theres the dodge thing > FUNDAMENTAL por PVP
2) Private server that gives you free items +24 to start with + Moonstone for daily registration
3) Its more easier to level up to 140 in P4 than level 90 in 4ancient
4) P4 gives you more facilities to get full equipped, sooner and easier than 4ancient
So.. its not about what u prefer, if old or new stlye, is about something else..

This thread is very old..
4Ancient lost a lot of players. They still have corrupt admins, don't really know what they do and it's not oldschool at all.
Also getting easy gear shouldn't be a thing in 4Story. You should work hard for it. If everyone has +24 gear, what's the point in having gear at all?
For those like me who love PVP and like PVE but just in limited amounts,
having the equipment full allows you to keep focus on the most important thing: PVP and PVP
Of course, its not that easy to get full equipment, just talking about getting a decent one that allows you to compete more or less in equal terms with players that are full equipment.
